We participated in the Mallorca Feeling event, a blog trip to get to know Majorca beyond its beaches and sunshine. On this occasion, the event highlighted the culinary quality permeating our island, with chefs of renown and several Michelin-starred restaurants.
Roig’s cars travelled routes all over the island, followed through social media. Participants enjoyed menus from different chefs such as Santi Pons, Tomeu Caldentey and Andreu Genestra. Bloggers were also able to find out how certain Majorcan products are prepared, such as oil, by D.O. Oli d’Oliva.
